Thursday Tour Day

You will be picked up at your Paris hotel and the bus will depart for Normandy. In Rouen, you will have a walking tour in the old town before continuing to Honfleur. On the way to Honfleur, you'll get to see the spectacular Normandy Bridge, a cable-stayed bridge that spans the Seine River and linking Honfleur with Le Havre.
Arriving in Honfleur, you will find a very picturesque fishing village where you'll have free time for lunch and then enjoy exploring the town's boutiques and many art galleries.
In the afternoon, you'll visit the American Cemetery at St. Laurent above Omaha Beach and make a short stop in Arromanches (site of Gold Beach) to see the remains of Churchill's Mulberry Harbour.
You'll have dinner in Caen and stay at the Novotel Caen (or similar).
Friday Tour Day
On Friday, you will have breakfast at the hotel before departing Caen at 7:30 AM for Saint Malo situated in the Brittany region. In Malo, a wonderful walled city, you will have a guided visit including a walk along the ramparts.
After lunch, you'll depart for Mont Saint Michel for a guided visit of the abbey and some free time for strolling and shopping. The abbey of Mont Saint Michel is unlike any other monastery. The Mount is in the shape of a pyramid, so it was necessary for the medieval builders to wrap the buildings around the granite rock. Amazing as well is that the construction not only was constrained by the topography and geography of the location, but by the requirements of monastic life. The resulting wonder conformed to both!
The bus will leave Mont Saint Michel at 4:30 PM and drive to the Loire Valley.
Dinner and overnight will be at Hotel Mercure Lac de Maine in Angers.
Saturday Tour Day

On Saturday, you'll leave after breakfast at 8:00 AM to have a photo stop at the Chateau d'Angers before arriving at the Medieval castle of Langeais for a guided visit.
In the afternoon, you'll arrive in the charming town of Amboise where you will have free time for lunch before departing for a guided visit of Clos Luce, the last home of Leonardo da Vinci.
The magnificient gardens at Villandry will be a special stop before enjoying a tour in the historic district of Tours, the Capital of the Loire Valley.
Tonight you will have dinner and stay at the Hotel Mercure Tours Nord (or similar) in Tours.
Sunday Tour Day
On Sunday, the final day in the Loire Valley will include guided visits to Chateaux Chenonceaux, Cheverny, and Chambord with a farewell lunch at the Hotel Saint-Hubert at Cheverny.
You will depart the Loire Valley at 4:30 PM to arrive in Paris at 7:00 PM and will have a transfer to your Paris accommodations.
