How do I book a tour or transfer?  

Once you have read about the various tours we offer, click on the "book now" button and complete the form.  We will send you an invoice. When you fax it back to us with your credit card information (we accept Visa and MasterCard), we will send you a confirmation voucher which you will print and give to the driver on the day of the tour. The voucher will include a contact number in France should you need to speak with anyone regarding the tour once you're in France.

How do you figure the exchange rate? 

We use the rate we receive on a daily basis from Travelex, a Specialist in Foreign Exchanges and Business Payments. You will note that it is higher than the online sites which reflect the exchange rate for the day.  In fact, those rates are not the rate which you would pay if purchasing euros at a bank or financial institution.

What is the difference between a motorcoach and a minibus tour?

The motorcoach is a large bus tour with forty or more travelers and departs near the Louvre. The minibus tours have a maximum of eight travelers and will pick you up at your Paris hotel or apartment.

How much lead time do I need to book a tour or transfer?

We recommend booking two weeks before your tour or transfer though we will make every effort to book the tour you wish (and have arranged tours 24 hours before the desired date). Be advised that Spring travel is popular and tours book quickly.

Will your minibus tours and transfers pick up at all Paris hotels and apartments?

Yes, our Paris suppliers pickup at Paris hotels and apartments within the twenty arrondissements/neighborhoods of Paris.
