Avignon, Pont du Gard, Les Baux, St. Remy, Luberon Tour from Avignon.

Enjoy a day in Provence that departs from Avignon. This tour will visit Avignon, Pont du Gard, Les Baux de Provence, St. Remy, and the Luberon towns of Roussillon and Gordes.

On Tuesday, you'll enjoy a Provencal market in Gordes, in St. Remy on Wednesday, Roussillon on Thursday, and L'Isle la Sorgue on Sunday.

Your Provence tour will begin with a panoramic view of Avignon to see the walled city and St. Benezet Bridge.

After departing Avignon, Pont du Gard will be your next destination. This ancient Roman aqueduct is from the 1st century AD, so an amazinginly well-preserved piece of history.

The town of Les Baux de Provence will be the next stop in this Provence tour. Les Baux is a village perched on the hillside. There, you'll do some touring before having time on your own to explore and shop (fabulous shops!).

Glanum Triumphal Arch near St. RemyYour tour then will go to St. Remy de Provence to stop at the Triumphal Arch and mausoleum, situated in a field of olive trees and landscape painted by Van Gogh.

Finally, the tour will continue to the beautiful Luberon villages of Roussillon and Gordes. The villages are unique in their culture, beauty, and setting.

During July and August, your tour will include a visit to a lavender museum before returning you to your Avignon hotel.
