Take a Provence cooking class in Aix-en-Provence, Avignon, Venasque, and Saint Remy de Provence. Each class involves hands-on preparation at the school and then lunch, including wine. During the Provence cooking class, you will be able to learn about this region's style of cooking and learn more about the history and culture of the area.
ull day Cooking Class: The full day starts at 9:00 AM with a visit
to the market in Aix-en-Provence. During the afternoon, you'll
do the cooking class and then have dinner. (4 course meal with aperitif and wines)

Half day morning cooking Class: The half day cooking class begins at 8:00 AM with a visit to the Aix-en-Provence market. Then you'll do the cooking class and have lunch. You'll be done at 2:00 PM.
Half Day Morning Cooking Class: The afternoon cooking class will include the cooking class and dinner.

cooking class is at a wonderful Provencal restaurant in Avignon.
Beginning at 8:00 AM, you'll learn about the day's
recipes and
discuss the method to prepare the menu items.
You'll make lunch and during the aperitif, the Chef will talk to you about how to combine meals with wine. Then you'll have lunch or dinner with the Chef.
After lunch, you'll be driven to a winery near Mont Ventoux and then to Chateauneuf-du-Pape to learn about the harvest and to have wine-tastings before returning to your hotel at 7:00 PM

The Venasque cooking class will begin with a pickup at your hotel
at 9:00 AM to enjoy an intimate cooking class in the tiny kitchen of
an Auberge in Venasque. There you will explore the fundamentals of
Mediterranean cooking, combining flavors using the best ingredients from
the French markets and always respecting the great French traditions.
You'll have lunch and then visit the Luberon's perched villages of Roussillon and Gordes before returning to your hotel at 6:00 PM.

The St. Remy de Provence cooking class day will begin with a 9.00
AM pickup at your hotel. You'll have a cooking lesson followed by
lunch in a 4 star hotel in St Remy de Provence. It's an historic and
picturesque mas with a gastronomic restaurant.
After lunch, you will visit Les Baux de Provence and continue to Saint Remy de Provence to stop at the Roman Triumphal Arch set among olive trees and landscape painted by Van Gogh
You'll return to your hotel at 6.00 PM.
