A Paris Travel Terms and Conditons

Cancellations

Cancellations made prior to four (4) days before the scheduled tour or service will incur a cancellation fee of 20% plus credit card charges if applicable. No refund will be issued for cancellations made fewer than three days before the scheduled tour or service.

Insurance Protection

We strongly recommend the purchase of trip cancellation/interruption insurance to protect your vacation investment. We will assist you to do so upon request.

Required Documents

United States citizens must have a passport that is valid until after their trip return date. Non-U.S. citizens must consult with their local embassies for entry requirements into the countries being visited. It is solely the client’s responsibility to ensure that all documents needed are complete and current.

Protection of Funds

A Paris Travel is a registered seller of travel with the State of Washington under Unified Business ID # 601 823 058. All client deposits and payments are secured in A Paris Travel’s Client Trust Account as required by RCW 19.138.140.

Pricing

All prices quoted include costs associated with planning, communicating and documentation. Prices are subject to change with dollar/euro fluctuations until full payment is received. According to industry standards, package prices are not subject to itemization of costs.

Responsibility Clause

A Paris Travel acts only as an agent for the client in regard to travel by road, by air, by sea, or by other mode of transportation or local conveyance, and assumes no liability for personal injury, property damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity incurred by any person or tour participant arising out of the negligence of any direct or supplemental air carrier, hotel or person engaged in conveying the client, providing rental cars, or rendering any of the services or accommodations being offered by A Paris Travel.

A Paris Travel shall also not be responsible for any injuries, death, damages, loss or delay in any means of transportation or by reason of any event beyond the actual control of A Paris Travel. Any such losses or expenses must be borne by the client as our rates provide for arrangements only as stated in the final invoice/itinerary. Please note: A Paris Travel has no ownership interest whatsoever in any hotel, ground Transportation Company, or Service Company of any kind in Europe.

Forum Selection Clause

Any litigation concerning the services provided by A Paris Travel may be brought only within the State of Washington. Washington law, without reference to choice of provisions, will be applicable to any such litigation.
