Your Riviera tour will begin with a panoramic view over Nice from Mt. Boron .

On the Middle Corniche road, you will stop at Eze, a medieval perched village with craft shops and a breathtaking vistas.

View from EzeEze is a medieval village perched like an eagles nest on a narrow rocky peak overlooking the Mediterranean sea. Eze is an ancient fortified village with the ruins of its 12th-century fortified castle still around. The setting on a craggy, rocky peak makes Eze a very picturesque destination and the climb to the top is worth every step since the coastal views are amazing!

While in Eze, you will enjoy a guided tour of a traditional perfumery, the true essence of Provence.

Arriving in the Old Town of Monaco, you can have time to visit the Palace. It is open June - Oct. and the entrance is 7 € per person. You can also visit the Cathedral, Cousteau’s Oceanographic Museum which is 13 € per person and perhaps see the Changing of the Palace Guards at 11:55 am.

You will tour around Monte-Carlo and drive along the amazing Grand Prix circuit. Then you can have free time at Casino Square to do some luxury shopping, stroll through stunning gardens, marvel at megayachts and chic casinos, or simply watch the “rich and beautiful” in their favorite haunts.

The return drive will take you along the spectacular coastline Lower Corniche Road between Nice and Monaco, which harbors typical Mediterranean villages and modern marinas. A very special sight is the Bay and Citadel of Villefranche.

Interesting to know: The Corniche road refers to a road on the side of a cliff or mountain (from the French word for ledge). This is the case for the Riviera road where the ground rises from the Mediterranean and results in some amazing highway vistas.

Your Monaco and Eze French Riviera tour will leave your with lasting impressions of the Riviera.
